Supersaver travel is totally unreliable and impossible to get in touch with. Support has unfortunately been very rude and everything but helpful. If anyone can advise me on how to make a claim, then please answer this. I have phoned support five times, sent e-mails and also a letter to the postbox in Uppsala. No answer at all for weeks.
We actually want to warn everyone of them.
