Wow...a day off and today I've been a total couch potato:) :) My one and only accomplishment so far today's been to book myself a pod at yotel on heathrow for my layover in a few weeks.
It just seemed as if it would be a good idea to get away from the airport -at the airport!!
No carrying luggage around, a quiet place to watch tv, read and get a good nights sleep..who know's I might actually not be half dead arriving to my destination for once:):)
This year I'll bring the least baggage ever..snorkelgear, toothbrush and swimwear...ok, sandals, tennis shoes and a couple of outfits as well for five weeks..That should be enough for 5 1/2 weeks in southern Vietnam I reckon:):) Oh, and I mustn't forget my pool glove so I can kick some butt when I go out in the evenings..
Over and out...dinnertime..

Days off are supposed to be relaxed and easy, at least in my book and by that I don't mean being a couch potato necessarily. I simply want to be in charge of what to do and what not to...Soon enough I'll be hiking through jungles in search of wild animals, exotic flowers and swimming in the ocean or simply having a Mai Tai the Vietnamese way (maybe snake in a jar) or just tasting a bat however they cook those..Over and out..

Klockan är tjugo i åtta och jag är sååå trött...humorn brukar inte heller vara på topp. Om jag nå'nsin kan kallas för en grinig kärring så måste det vara såhär på morgonen om jag sovit dåligt eller när blodsockret börjar bli lågt av att jag inte ätit ordentligt. Hmm, med andra ord är man nog en elak kärring oftare än man tror...Fan, det här bådar inte gott..
Imor'n bär det av till Spa Selma i Sunne där jag fått mitt första riktiga jobb som massör se'n jag klarade certifieringen och det ska bli spännande och uber roligt hoppas jag:):) Innan dess är det dock 11 timmar på det vanliga jobbet. Wow, people:) för första gången se'n jag kom hem från USA har jag faktiskt börjat skriva på Svenska per automatik:):)
Oh btw...nu är det mindre än två månader kvar tills vi kan sitta på stranden och säga Good morning Vietnam...

If I ever give up this blog to any of my friends from PDX all I discovered today in the wee hours of the morning is that even though I've been under the illusion of being a nice person I'm most likely a bitch when it boils down to it...Yadi yadi yada however one spells that:)

Drawing a total blank today...total vacancy upstairs and then I don't get to Sumpan as the place of origin from where I write my blog..WTF? It's almost like when I text it on my wireless phone...As if Rumpan is more commonly used than Sumpan...Night y'all...or the token one that doesn't want me to write totally in vain;)

Unless something weird happens -and usually it does:) two months from now my friend and I will be waiting for our luggage only to spend 14 or so hours at the airport...and she's a smoker not used to go much more than an hour or so between cigarettes...Need I say more:D
I had some nicotine pills that another friend of mine totally rejected as last years x-mas gift that are now hers hoping to make my own traveltime easier as well having to listen to a Jonezing agitated woman for more than24 hours. I sure hope she has the time to smoke in Hong Kong at least!
Wonder why they don't have some kind of lounge for smokers at every airport don't they realize how miserable the travel companions of people who smoke end up..
Yeah, I know we could take in on a hotel for the night or take a trip to London which I would Love to do, but the thought of doing that makes her nervous I think so no go..

As of tomorrow it's two months to go until we fly to Saigon via half the world it seems with a layover at Heathrow that keep getting longer and longer. I haven't dared to check recently, who knows, with my innate luck (all bad) the departure will be delayed with another 48 hours or so..
Oh yeah, btw I am a 100% Swedish woman who's just more articulate in English, and FUNNIER above all:D
If anyone actually reads this little blog of mine and doesn't understand everything I'll happily help out, but honestly, who's blog is so interesting one actually cares to have it translated...
Tomorrow we'll start with my WHOLE life story or NOT:) However by then I have 2 months of restlessness to look forward to until the 5-6 weeks of Vietnamese adventure begins...Ciao..
