Safari companies in Botswana -Budget camping style

We’re (me and my boyfriend, 30 and 31 years old) planning our next trip back to Africa and have our minds set on Botswana. Now we’re trying to find a serious safari-operator that will suit our needs. There’s so many to chose from. Can anyone help us?
We are both nature lovers and love any outdoor activity. When we go travelling, or e.g. on a safari, we want to have a lot of time enjoying the nature/animals/landscape. We don’t like to rush away with the car, take a photo and then away we go to the next animal on the list. It’s important that the guides have a lot of respect and of course knowledge about the animals and nature.
We’d like to keep it simple to save money and we really don’t need any luxury. It’s more important to feel close to nature. Budget camping/sleeping in tents/tented lodge is what we’re looking for.
We´re planning to go for 2-3 weeks in sometime mid-october – November 2011.
I’ve looked at for e.g. Sunway Safaris and Bush ways safaris. Anyone who can recommend/ not recommend these companies?
