Worst support ever.
Seating should be done 24 h ahead of departure, but it didn't work. The e-ticket number (as well as both reference numbers) I got from RCG wasn't valid for either of the carriers involved, even though RCG confirmed in writing this would work. After two hours in phone que and no luck with the Airlines (they were very helpful and tried all numbers etc I had received from RGC), I gave up and called RCG support. After 48 minutes, they pick up, to tell me they cannot help. Sorry. When I tell them about the answers I received previously, they disconnect me and say they will transfer me to another phone que, and I get an automatic reply "All our customer support personnel is busy. Try again later". When I call back, there isn't even a phone que, only an automated reply "All our customer support personnel is busy. Try again later".
Terrible support and attitude, Beware and stay clear. I travel immensely all over the world in my work, and I have never experienced any travel company at such low level of support.
