Iberia/Vueling - Incheckat bagage i biljettpriset?

Vet inte om jag är trött eller trög så här på kvällskvisten.
Kollade på resa Stockholm - Barcelona. Av någon anledning var det billigare att boka genom Iberia än direkt med Vueling.
Nu till det som jag stökar ihop det. Det står att incheckat bagage ingår på 23 kg med "Classic". Det ingår alltså 1 st handbagage + 1 st incheckat bagage i biljettpriset?
Men varför skriver man "For you to carry on a suitcase and if you wish to choose your seat."?
På Vuelings hemsida står det klart och tydligt att "We are all travelling with a suitcase. I choose the Optima Fare so we don't have to pay for our luggage!"
