Dramatisk titel va, det handlar bara om snorkling :)
Jag var ute o snorkla pa en utflykt igar till 4 oar - Muuk o Ngai o tva till - o de va vackert o lite spannande. Det ar alltid vackert att snorkla men variationen pa fiskar o koraller mm var liten mellan de olika stallena. Lunchen var massaman curry o frukt i massor, ananasen har nere ar obeskrivligt god.
Pa Koh Muuk finns en grotta in till en liten strand/lagun i ett hal i berget. Grottan ar s-formad, 80 m ca, o kolsvart, fram till forsta svangen sen ser man ljuset i slutet pa tunneln! i slutet pa tunneln ar vattnet betydligt kallare an ute till havs. Lagunen omges av 50-60m hoga lodrata bergvaggar med vaxtlighet. Farden genom tunneln ar valorganiserad, alla har flytvast o man simmar i ett tag efter varann pa vanster sida, det ar vanstertrafik i thailand. Dem som har svart med simningen kan halla i guidens fralsarkrans sa lotsar han in dessa. han har ocksa pannlampa.
Mycket sol o bad alltsa, polarn lag hemma o tog igen sig efter en tillfallig svacka med magen. Imodium ar bra.

Dramatic title wasnt it, it's all about snorkeling:)
I was on a 4 island snorkeling trip yesterday to 4 islands - Muuk and Ngai and 2 more - it was beautiful and a wee bit adventourus.
It is always beautiful to snorkel but the variation between the four places was mall. Lunch was massaman curry and lots of fruit, the pineapple is undescribably tasty down here.
On Koh Muuk is a small cave/tunnel that leads to a small beach/laguna in a hole in the mountain. The cave windles in an S-curve, some 80 metres, pitch black til you reach the first curve, then you see the light at the end of the tunnel! In the laguna the water is cooler than in the ocean outside. The laguna is surrounded by mouintain walls 50-60 metres high with plants growing there. The journey through the tunnel is well organized everybody has life wests and you swim one after the other on the left side since it is left side traffic in Thailand. For the one not so good at swimming you can hold on to a floating ring one of the guides has so he can tow you through the tunnel. He also has a flash light on his head.
So, lots of sun and bathing, my pal stayed home taking care of his tummy after being indisposed for a day. Imodium works.
