Mainz part 2
Todos vocês sâu bem vindos na Suêcia!
This was what I said with all the passion I could put into the words. It should be Portugees and means like: You are all welcome to come to Sweden. We were in Ulf´s kitchen and was cooking and Nathalia really liked my Portugees accent when reading on the back of the package of Gnucci. Or... hmm...maybe just thought it sounded funny. Nathalia is of course Brasilian!
To give some more language-lessions I learned some Turkich too. For example:
If one try to say: "Nassl sin" it would be something like How are you?. Maybe with the answer "Iem" as an answer.
It worked pretty well with talking English too. After the game that Mainz unfortunately lost me and Ulf went for a schnitzel. That was a nice German restaurant and the schnitzel was great. After that we had to pick up the girls at McDonald's. McD!!? When you can have a nice schnitzel at this restaurant.
As written before Mainz is a really nice city. There is also some nice bars and clubs and we visited of course some of them. For example this bar Prag. Nice! We had the chance to try a familly tradition of Erik. He has relatives in Tjeck republic, soo the choice of Prag was not random-like at all. When the others thought they were too hammered I convinced Ulf to get to this rock bar called Alexander The Great.
Unfortunately, we didn´t get the chance to hear this great song of Iron Maiden from 1986. Bugger!
But I asked the DJ if he could play Steppenwolf and the wonderful Born To Be Wild. And he did almost immidiately! Suited well that night, if you looked at the peaople in the club and that the clock was about 3 am.
Cheers my dears!
